1. Who We Are
Quick RepairZ is a local, independently owned home appliance repair service provider. We operate without any official authorization or affiliation from appliance manufacturers or brands. Any brand names or logos mentioned are strictly for identification purposes only.

2. Scope of Service
We offer doorstep repair services for home appliances including but not limited to:
Washing machines
Refrigerators
Air conditioners
Microwave ovens
Water purifiers
Televisions
Laptops and computers
All services are carried out by trained technicians based on availability and location.

A service inspection fee of ₹350 is applicable if the customer does not proceed with the repair after diagnosis. This charge covers the technician’s visit and assessment.

4. Payments
We accept payments via:
Cash
UPI
Online bank transfers
Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We do not offer EMI, installment, or deferred payment plans.

5. Warranty Policy
We offer a 90-day limited service warranty on repair work or replaced parts, valid only for the same issue originally serviced. This does not cover:
Physical damage
Water or electrical damage after service
Issues unrelated to the initial repair
No warranty is provided if unauthorized third parties tamper with the serviced appliance during the warranty period.

6. Limitations of Liability
Quick RepairZ is not responsible for:
Loss of personal data or settings in devices during repair
Delays due to part unavailability or weather conditions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
We recommend customers back up data on electronic appliances prior to service.

7. Brand Disclaimer
We are not authorized service partners of any brand or manufacturer. We do not claim association with companies such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Voltas, etc. Brand names are only used to describe the appliances we service.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. If a technician has already been dispatched, the inspection fee will apply.

9. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Website Usage
All content, images, and logos on this site are either created by us or sourced from free resources. No content may be reused or copied without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms
Quick RepairZ may update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
